01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

02. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Vidhyonix's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

03. Project Deliverables

For all project-based work, specific terms regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific SOW, the SOW shall control.

04. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software on this website are the property of Vidhyonix or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Custom software developed for clients belongs to the client upon full payment, as specified in individual agreements.

05. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vidhyonix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vidhyonix's website.

06. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
